Sync your tracker data to a Google Sheet. Free, private, takes about 5 minutes.
Go to sheets.google.com and create a new blank sheet.
In the sheet, go to Extensions → Apps Script.
Delete any existing code in the editor, then tap below to copy the script and paste it.
Click Deploy → New deployment → Type: Web app. Set "Execute as: Me" and "Who has access: Anyone". Click Deploy.
Google will warn the app is "unsafe" — that's because it's your own custom script, not reviewed by Google. Click "Advanced" → "Go to (your project)" → "Allow".
Copy the Web App URL Apps Script gives you and paste it below.
This will permanently erase everything: all logged workouts, body weight history, notes, energy check-ins, meal ticks, and settings. Your start date will also be cleared. This cannot be undone.
Two options:
This will delete ALL day logs (1-90) for the active profile. Your start date, sync URL, and settings will be preserved. This is to undo the previous broken restore.
This cannot be undone. Make sure you have your Google Sheet data backed up.
